• Guests Needing Assistance or Accessible Seating
  While accommodations on campus are fully ADA compliant, disability seating is limited and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis at Commencement. 
• Deaf or Hard of Hearing                                                                                                                                    Closed Captioning will be available by QR Code. Sign Language Interpreting (ASL) is only available by request and must be requested by emailing Commencement (commencement@calbaptist.edu) before MARCH 27, 2026, so that we can arrange to accommodate this request.   
• Parking                                                                                                                                                                There will be disability parking areas designated for our guests with disability placards or license plates. Parking attendants will direct these guests to the appropriate areas. 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• We do not provide wheelchairs, transportation from the parking lots, or other assistive devices.
• Guests are required to provide their own companion to perform the service of pushing their wheelchair.
• Emotional Support or Comfort Animals are NOT permitted.
• Please note that we will do our best to help accommodate reasonable requests.
