Articulating action steps for improvement is integral to the assessment process at CBU. Each participating area must create action steps for improvement based on the findings in their Yearly Assessment Report (YReport) each year. The following year, programs report on the status of their improvement efforts in a status report. The specific action steps and status reports are available via each program’s assessment portfolio here.
